Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. It is much easier to make a few small changes at a time. Changing to a healthy eating plan doesn’t have to be an all or nothing proposition. You don’t have to be perfect, you don’t have to eliminate all foods you enjoy. Replacing unhealthy food - such as switching fried chicken for grilled chicken will make a positive difference.
Nuts and seeds are super healthy and most of us aren’t eating enough of them. They are a great natural source of vitamins, minerals, protein, fat, and fiber.
Eat them straight out of the bag, or throw into a smoothie, on a salad or into oatmeal.
